Ohio Valley Community Credit Union has been meeting the changing financial needs of its members since 1960.  OVCCU is one of the areas largest local financial institutions.  We are a full-service, state-chartered financial institution guided by this mission statement:  "To provide financial services at competitive rates while meeting member needs and maintaining financial stability and growth" OVCCU serves the financial needs of more than 11,000 members whose membership eligibility is defined by those who live, work, attend school or worship in Belmont, Monroe and Washington counties in Ohio as well as many different Select Employer Groups. 
 
We effectively serve members who access us from a distance through a variety of electronic services, including debit cards, ATM's, 24-hour audio response systems, and on line using our website at www.ohiovalleycu.org.
 
Currently we have 5 branch locations.  Our main office is located at 52775 Boston Hill Road in Hannibal Ohio.  Branches include, Woodsfield, St. Clairsville and Marietta Ohio as well as a new state of the art drive through at Clarington Ohio.
 
OVCCU is fortunate to have a volunteer Board of Directors who actively work together with Management to oversee and direct the overall  financial activities of the Credit Union. These directors are elected from and by the members.  Directors work for the membership's best interest, not for the interest of a few stockholders.
 
The Management team is made up of many different employees who have served the credit union for many years in many different areas. 
  •  President and CEO, Deanna Meyer has been with the credit union for over 25 years and leads the credit union in an outstanding way.  Deanna is responsible for every aspect of the credit union, its functions, growth, stability and overall condition.  She is always in touch with what is happening in the credit union movement and prides herself on keeping the credit union current with today's technology as it applies to the membership and their changing needs. 
  •  CFO and Vice President Gregory Harper has also been with the credit union for many years.  He is always on top of the financial condition of the credit union and keeps the credit union in compliance with state regulatory agencies such as the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions and NCUA. 
  • HR, Marketing and Business Development Manager, Robyn McGuire has been with the credit union for many years.  She is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources.  She is active with Community related events and coordinates all Select Employer Group functions.  Her role as business development manager affords the credit union the opportunity to continue its growth.  She works directly with advertising agencies, television and radio to keep the credit union fresh in the minds of the communities it serves.
  • Collections Manager, Cathy Tisher has been employeed by the credit union since 1981.  She directs the collection department and works with different agencies to keep the delinquencies to a minimum.
  • Information Technology Manager, Mike Liskanich is one of the newest additions to the management team.  Mike is solely responsible for the credit union computer systems and all of its core applications.  He works directly with the credit union's data processor and junior IT assistant to keep all offices running smooth and meet all of the credit union's information technology needs. 
  • Lending Manager, Kathie Bayes has been with the credit union for more than 25 years.  She oversees the entire lending department with consumer and mortgage loans.  She served the credit union as consumer and mortgage loan officer for many years. 
  • Branch Managers:  Marilyn Passmore, St. Clairsville office.  Brenda Blattler, Woodsfield office, & Marietta office, Stacey Schultheis, Hannibal office.  These managers are responsible for all branch operations and branch related issues.  Combined they have over 50 years of experience with the credit union.
