Ohio Valley Community Credit Union offers Notary Services at all offices.  Notary services is a free service to all of our members.  Our notaries are commissioned by the State of Ohio and appointed by the Governor of the State of Ohio.  Each term lasts 5 years and empowers the Notary officer to execute and discharge all duties pertaining to the office and to enjoy all the privileges and immunities thereof.
