We may disclose all of the nonpublic information we collect about you as described above, except for SMS consent and phone numbers, which are not shared with third parties. This applies to both current and former members.

We do not share SMS consent or phone numbers for the purpose of sending SMS messages with any third parties for marketing or any other unrelated purposes. Your phone number will only be used for the specific purposes for which you provided it, such as receiving communications from us directly.

Who May Receive This Information

We may disclose the information we collect, excluding SMS consent and phone numbers, to the following types of third parties to provide high-quality products and services to you:

You May Opt Out

If you prefer that we do not disclose nonpublic information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). Non-member joint account holders, co-borrowers, and guarantors may exercise this right to opt out. For joint account holders, we will treat an opt-out request as applying to everyone listed on the account unless you direct us otherwise.

You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our messages or by contacting us directly. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications, and your phone number will be removed from our SMS marketing database in accordance with SMS TCR and other legal requirements.

Note: If you opt out, your phone number will not be shared with any third parties for SMS marketing purposes.

If you wish to opt out of our disclosures to non-financial companies such as retailers, direct marketers, and publishers, or others such as non-profit organizations, or to stop receiving SMS messages, contact us.
