• Business loan application
• Personal Financial Statement
• Business Debt Schedule
• Last two years of Business Tax Returns for all owned businesses (if you own more than 25%)
• Last two years of Personal Tax Returns
• Year-to-date business financials (i.e., profit and loss, balance sheet)
• Rent roll & leases for investment properties
